This article will describe changing to dark theme on GNOME3 desktop environment for making eyes to be less tired.

1 Change theme with GNOME Tweaks
Install GNOME Tweaks and run it.
$ sudo apt install -y gnome-tweaks $ gnome-tweaks
Change "Applications" to "Adwaita-dark" at "Themes" of "Appearance".
Window background is changed to dark theme.
2 Change desktop background
Open "Settings" and select "Background" at "Background".
This article uses black color of "Colors".
Change "Lock Screen" too.
3 Appearance of dark theme
GNOME Terminal is changed to dark theme. And white background page on browser is white.
